Install problem.

System works great but when i turn off the HU the subwoofer just plays non stop at like peak levels just constant bass but if i turn the HU back on its fine and i can just turn it down.

What do i need to do to make this stop when i turn it off?

When you turn your deck off, the amp should turn off. Are you using the deck's remote wire to turn the amp on?

Im actually using a LOC for now until i get a aftermarket deck.

But i am using a remote wire but it cant be loose or else the amp wouldnt turn on at all.

yes, the problem is that your amp wont turn OFF when you turn the deck off, correct? Along with making a constant lound noise? Sounds like your LOC is messed up somehow, has this always happened of just recently? Is the remote wire coming out from the LOC? What I would do is simply tap into your fusebox and run a small wire to your amp's remote input. Throw a switch on that wire and whala, you have control over the turning on and off of the amp from that switch. So now you can flip the switch off before you turn your deck off. Or you could do some basic troubleshooting and isolate the problem, then fix it from the source...

YEs thats the problem.....and it has just started happening since last night......yea well it doesnt bother me too much yet it shoudl be fixed when i install a aftermarket HU next week. guess i jsut wont be turning off the deck until then
