yes, the problem is that your amp wont turn OFF when you turn the deck off, correct? Along with making a constant lound noise? Sounds like your LOC is messed up somehow, has this always happened of just recently? Is the remote wire coming out from the LOC? What I would do is simply tap into your fusebox and run a small wire to your amp's remote input. Throw a switch on that wire and whala, you have control over the turning on and off of the amp from that switch. So now you can flip the switch off before you turn your deck off. Or you could do some basic troubleshooting and isolate the problem, then fix it from the source...
