Im so lost w/ jl subs!

ive never ran one of the mb shallows but have ran quite a few of their other woofers, they are pretty solid, and will likely run you a bit less than the jl.

They are pretty close in price, and if it would make a noticable difference i wouldnt mind spending the extra $50-$60. Asthey say ''garbage in garbage out'' and i dont want to even remotely have to deal with that .

Update;

I ended up getting a shallow mount MB Quart 10" sub. My question is that I am limited on depth due to always having my hockey bags with me. Can I make the box (which will be made out of fiberglass) wider to offset the depth? If I can will it affect the sound quality? If not what other options or advice can you give me to make the box right the first time ?
