your such a liar. im gunna go sink my truck in the lake behind my house for the night and snach it out in the morning and see if itll jump..
i can think of a laundry list of reasons why it wont. electrical all shorted out, engine and ***** waterlogged to state the major two.
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gifwe've known each other for so long.
in all my experiences with electricity and liquid hasnt gone well. and i know they dont lock up.the electric parts dont lock up. you would know this if you watched myth busters.
distilled water is a good insulator against electricity.in all my experiences with electricity and liquid hasnt gone well. and i know they dont lock up.
thats the point i was arguing.I see lots of people calling bs but its been done on TV before.... top gear tied a toyo truck to a dock and set it out to sea with the tide.... then came back 12 hours later and drove it away... they didn’t do anything to it that would make it safer either... just took a bit of draining and it started right up... of course ******* a pond into the motor would hydro lock it but I wouldn’t be shocked if the car was 2.5-3 feet deep... in no way am I defending the op as I think he is a douche for not even being able to tell that a pond wasn’t his buddies driveway but in all reality if it happened to any of us it would seem like it was 10 feet deep in a lake... when you see your car in a pond or lake or something... its got to be shocking... im sure a touch of exaggeration was involved but the kid even showed pics to back up his story with a vid of the car running... if ya don’t like it then leave the dood alone... I mean hell im sure he will feel like an idiot for the rest of his life for driving a car into a pond... At least he shared a decent story and had some funny pics… I mean hell, most stories aren’t worth telling if they are completely believable that’s the part that makes so many of them good.
its just bullshit all the way around
my truck is 4wheel drive..LOADED 4x4 model with all the skidplates and mudguards and all that happy horseshit that goes along with it..if i hit a watery mudhole 2 or 3 times above 30 miles an hour or dive into a 2 foot water hole and pull my way through..i literally have to leave my truck running to burn all the water around the plugs off because it starts to leak into the cylinders and miss fire and if im real rough on it water gets into the distributor and i get miss fires that way, after i leave whereever i was playin at it spits and spudders all the way down the road until the water works its way out..it wont even hit the overdrive for a while. and it happens everytime i play, so i know its true. and thats just water spraying on the engine, NOT SUBMERGING IT.
so this kid has absolutely no idea what hes talking about. an ENGINE sitting SUBMERGED in WATER WILL NOT start.
do the math.
water + electrical = dddddduuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
water in your gas = motor starts going dskfjsfd;lkjfd;dskj
in closing. (im very scatter brained right now because of how much of a retard this kid is) IF YOU LET YOUR ENGINE, or in your dumbass case..CAR, sit SUBMERGED in WATER it WILL NOT WORK. water will get into everything!!!!!!! into your cylinders, under your distributor, short out all your wiring, if you battery will more than likely not work, your ignition will be shot, along with all electrical sensors and relays, your motor will be waterlogged, not only from water commin in the intake but from being assfucked by water entering the exhaust after your car shut off (as will your transmission). YOUR OIL WILL BE WATERY, as will EVERY other vital liquid your vehicle needs to run smoothly. your brakes will (more than likely) be completely shot, the list goes on and on. NOTHING WILL WORK.
YOU ARE A LIAR

yeah but cellphones dont have as many open metal electrical fuses and relays and connectors and whatnot..dude havent you ever seen someone drop a cell phone in the toilet? i have seen more stupid girls than i can count do it, and almost every time you let it dry out before powering it and it works, hell ive seen computers built inside aquariums with no waterproofing work.BUT i definitely agree with you on the hydrolocked motor, i sprayed my motor at the car wash and had to get new plugs lol. Not sayin its impossible tho
