Then for the batteries, I bought six so I put the first five in and realized I will need to make a box for them cause they liked to slide a little when I drive.

What was in box number 6? Nice little bonus if ya ask me.

I was going to mount the amp on the back seats and actually did and it looked like shit so I decided to make the box sides higher so I can mount the amp so heres with the new sides on it and getting wired up.

Heres with the top and amp.

BTW I know the MDF split, but there will be a box in front of this so no one will ever see and it still holds the amp very well.

And the car, all cleaned up and ready to go back to college with me.

Sand and repaint that cover below the amp or carpet it to match. Might wanna just rebuild that rack, i see some bad splits. Don't forget to predrill! Looks good so far

I predrilled and used a presink bit also. Between it being 20degrees in the garage while I was doing this and a shitty drill thats just what happened. The box will be taking up the rest of the trunk so I it wont be visable other than the amp on top. If I get the chance I will cover it in carpet but I just had so many things goin on this break I just painted it with a spray can for now
