i noticed in the past some subs sound different if you kinda tap them (like a bongo lol) anywhere from almost nothing... to sounding loud and hollow... since atm im unfortunate enough to have anything other then my left over sony subs to test (and they sound hollow) was wondering if anyone had anything they can say about this...

i also i dont know if it has anything to do with the box.. or the speaker itself.. and if this tells me anything.. cause after doing some testing.. i cant get these sounding good in anyway .. and i know they're sony...

I used to punch the sony P5's at CC when I worked there. Punch it too hard one time, and and cracked the duscap.

im not saying drop kick the things (and i dont care about these subs anymore) they'll take more dmg hitting a pot hole...
