all suggestions given should have repaired/fixed the issue. my guess is he does not know what to actually do to test things or doesnt have the proper tools to do so. with all information given i could prob figure out in 1/4 of the time... good luck with the repair OP

been there before...just newb not knowing exactly how to troubleshoot. it happens...how goes the amp search? find anything yet?

well its slip pickins now. i may just get some different sub amps.

The thing is I've tried and changed every possible setting on both HUs. So I really don't think it's that. Speakers are fine it's just the subs playing quietly. The amp gain is all the way up so they should be pushing 1000w rms wired at 1 ohm and it's not even close to that.

So did best buy fix it
