IDMAX v.3/ohm/amp question

i'm working w/ an orion xtr1400 amp. it's 4ohms all the way through...

so if i'm going w/ an image dynamics idmax v.3... should i be going w/ the d-4 model? thnks

if you want to wire the sub up so the amp see 4 ohm then you will need to get the dual 2 ohm sub which can be wired either 1 ohm or 4 ohm. the dual 4 ohm can be wired to 2 ohm or 8 ohm.
