Ideas for budget bass set up.

A buddy of mine needs a bass set up but he's on a budget, about $250-$300. He wants the most bump for his buck. He wants a couple 12's or 15's and a mono amp to go with them, and he isnt very picky, just looking for some loud bass. Suggestions?

Great amp to push those pretty hard@1ohm load/very under rated amp.He will need to get funda to build a box, and purchase a wiring kit for the amp.Thats one BA amp for the money,and the subs are some real Bangers for the money

oh im not selling it if thats what you think, but those are rough prices for those subs and amp. and ebay sells $50 ported boxes for 2 12's. 5/8 particle board i believe LOL

Mystery Ebay subs with 3" coils, heard good things about them, and you could probably offer $50-$55 each for a pair and get them for that.

This set-up wont be the best sounding out there but it should be pretty loud for the money.
