I was rear ended by a woman in a g6 yesterday.... -PIX-

Why is this even going to court? Are police in georgia this stupid?

If ANYONE hits you from behind it is THERE FAULT! theres no if's, and's, or but's about it! If I slammed on my breaks going down a 45 mph road and someone happens to hit me from behind its there fault (a common scam) !

If I were you I would get a lawyer just in case, and sue the lady for lawyer cost's, damage to your car, and any other bullshit costs you can to learn her a lesson. What the hell was she driving for anyways? Did you see grocheries in the back seat?

possibly, but i dont think she even hit the brakes, you usually hear it like hopping and skid a little

she had her husband is the passenger seat and her son in the rear seat

no skid marks, i had my foot on the brake just enough to keep the truck from moving. and didnt hear any braking from her car
no skid marks makes things more difficult...
any local businesses that might have had security cameras that saw everything? you could threaten them with a nice subpoena to get copies...

I have seen a number of accidents of this sort, and many many times the 'middle' person also got a ticket for not allowing a safe amount of space between themselves and the next vehicle. If you didn't get a ticket, good for you, but I'm just telling you what I've seen.... and the law varies from state to state. Once again, another CA.com legal advice wonderment. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Women can't drive! Simple as that.

Her fault, and her husbands stupid self for letting her drive? WTF?!??!?

Was she hot? or Fat? Or average? Probably looking in the mirror boasting about herself, telling herself to quit eating so **** much food, or tryin to find out what make up to wear to look better. Dumb broad.

i did get a citation for following to close and i told the cop i was stopped and he didnt say anything

What advice? You were following too closely, and hit someone when you got hit. She's liable for your damage, you're liable for his.
Open/shut. Unless you can prove she was going an excessive speed and pushed you inordinately far ahead.
This is why it sucks coming online for advice. People like tRdoc who post things thinking they have a clue what they're talking about when in reality they have absolutely no frickin clue at all.
