Well the woman says he hit her.. so he had to of been going in reverse... wrong direction for a road...

You wouldn't be able to generate enough speed in reverse to do that much damage to her car in such a short distance. Maybe if you hit her 100 feet from the lawn truck you could do that kind of damage.
It's pretty d*mn obvious she plowed into you and pushed you into the lawn truck. If the cops think otherwise, then they are idiots.

still open and shut really, the amount of damage is pretty clearly far from your fault, and the ***** is just lying through her teeth.

there is no way in hell that you could have done that much damage that close, her whole front end is fucked

the trailer, well, big deal, minor at best, and she'll have to pay for all of it.

i would have flipped out on her if she said that to the cops.

the lawn car guy probably didnt even know what happened.

and if you got on the phone after you got out of the car and can prove it there is no way you can get fined for being on the phone while driving.

Even if thats how they see it, the damage to the trailer is so insubstantial that i don't even know why he's concerned... An 8 year old with a hot glue gun could fix that... and the lady is still at fault for rear ending you, even in that scenario...

no skid marks, i had my foot on the brake just enough to keep the truck from moving. and didnt hear any braking from her car
