i think she was going like 20+ mph and never even hit rhe brakes and slammed into the rear of my work truck and pushed me forward into the trailer of the lawn truck. she said i backed into her after i hit the trailer. the guy in lawn care truck said i ran into the back on his trailer and was talking on my cell phone. which i can understand, but i wasnt on my phone until i got out of the truck and called my office to notify my branch manager of what had happened. any lawyers on OT id appreciate some legal advice

What advice? You were following too closely, and hit someone when you got hit. She's liable for your damage, you're liable for his.

Open/shut. Unless you can prove she was going an excessive speed and pushed you inordinately far ahead.

You'd have to be going pretty **** fast in the wrong direction to cause that much damage to her car...

What a ****ing *****. I'll kill her for u than **** her daughter...

Terry is going to get a new trailor out of this lucky bastard is the only one who wins..

can you prove she caused the whole thing? if so you're golden.
look at the damage to her car as compared to the rest, plain and simple.

um its her fault if she rear ended you, dont pass go dont collect $200
its as simple as that
very true

again, look at the damage to her car as compared to the others, insurance adjuster would say the same exact thing, she'll be at fault 100%

You wouldn't be able to generate enough speed in reverse to do that much damage to her car in such a short distance. Maybe if you hit her 100 feet from the lawn truck you could do that kind of damage.

It's pretty d*mn obvious she plowed into you and pushed you into the lawn truck. If the cops think otherwise, then they are idiots.
