the place got my car say i oh all this money and i have to pay it to get my car and he said i shoiuld come get the car. and it like 250 a day and i dont have the money and cuz i dont have full covarge i will have to pay im so confused

dude thats a crappy reason to dye. tell ur insurance that they are chargin u to store the car wherever it is. and for them to give u ur money

in 95 i fell out of a deer stand & broke my neck & then in 06 had a car wreck. collapsed a disc that was pinching my spinal cord. doc told me i would be paralyzed from the neck down with in 6 months without 50000.00 surgery. had the operation now i am almost good as new. you will probably always have back problems the rest or your life. you will have a running prescrip. for muscle relaxers & pain killers.

Get a friend to go pillage your car for all the audio stuff before they do something stupid and have it towed without consent or something.

People are dumb and try to screw you so much, it's ridiculous, make sure you get something at least, especially if someone ran a red light, they need to pay/ get sued/ something for your various bills resulting from this mess.

thanks guys i have a update kinda. well i turn over the title to my car to the laywer he gona get my car to another location the other guy insurace want things to move foward fast. my lawyer said that cuz they might feel that they are at fault. i dont know but i do have to get in to see a back Dr soon. i have to wait tell tuesday im in pain every one say go back to the ER. i just dont know what to do i have to send this form in to the Dmv cuz i got hurt and cuz i went threw some ones fence and cuz some damage. im not looking to get anything out of this i just want to be ok and be lead in the right direction as far as forms and what to say and do. in the end i would like to be able to walk with out pain work with out pain and not have any issues down the road. at my age of 24 i do have my whole life to live but with a back issue things can get bad fast. i dont wana sound stupid sure i would love to get a few bucks out of this i would love to ride around town with a 09 but that just might not happen . Any ways i would like to thank you guys for telling me of your past history with back issues and what to look out for and to take it easy . its easy for people to say **** it up and be a man for that i do say thanks .

hopefully it isnt a shady impound. when someone totaled my car they wouldnt let me get anything out till it was moved to the insurance impound and when it got there it was stripped out. they even stole my wood grain steering wheel and switched it with a stock pontiac one. hopefully you dont get ****ed on your gear like i did. i know where the owner of D&D towing lives and he will get whats coming to him. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

yea i found out they got my subs and amp in storage. my laywer said that. well thats kinda weird cuz how i got my box in its kinda hard to move it around and get stuff out i mean they could of got it out but its a big as box and i have subs up port back and the subs sit under the rear deck. My lawyer said they might be blowing smoke up his butt . so we gona see were that goes. he paid the 400 to get it out of there and for the towing fee. i will have to pay him back out of my money i get from my back injury. even if i dont get any money wich i think i will the other guy insurance will have to do 50/50 so i would only pay 200 or so. my back hurt and i been taking the pills like crazy. i go in a few days for a dr visit im gona not down play nothing cuz i sometimes like act all tough and sh it. this time every thing hurts and im not gona be like moving around alot. cuz i really cant . lol

I had my car taken to a storage place as well and were charging out the ***. They ended up just have the car crushed and I had to go through a lot of shit to get what was left in there as well.
