ok i dont realy know about this car audio stuff but i wanna bump loud so i wanted to ask yall experts is spl any good?........i see all these cars on the net with subs thet have 3 x's on them were can i get them and how much do they run and if there too much $$$$$$ what do yall recomend?.........help me out please..........

this is not a good start.......look up xxx in the search section. everything to say about this woofer HAS been said. there is a wealth of info about it. from which amps to use on them to enclosure sizes, dimentions for the enclosures and etc. happy reading and welcome to the forum!

In my opinion, spend the money on a JL 300/4 4 channel amp to power a set of Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 6 1/2" components, (very affordably and great sound quality)...

Next a JL 500/1 mono block amp with 2 JL Audio W7 15" subs. Buy an enclosure that was disigned for these subs by JL, just go to their site to find the right one, and have a professional install aff of this and upgrgade your electrical system... batteries and alternator. With a descent head unit like Pioneer, (dont be fooled, you do not need a "Premier" brand for great quality) you will be the star of your town and blow everyone away!!!
