I need peoples opinions

Nah, don't do that. Even a judge is going to assume he beat the **** out of it man. Let him take you to court, who cares? He probably knows where you live, I'd just be watching my house for vandalism once I tell him to get bent very nicely.

You know he just watched fart n furryest 15 and has a boner for racing.

Yea I made sure I kept it. Man am I glad I wrote up a bill of sale. This is the first actual car ive sold. And it just might be the last. Ill just go for the trade in at dealerships from now on.
lol ya. ive watched enough peoples court on TV to know to get a bill of sale, and to always get everything in writing.

Yea thats what i figured, and as for the vandalism I just went and locked the doors of my truck. My address was on the title but I dont know if he saved it or not. The car wasnt put up for sale at my house.

100 miles ? na it was messed up when you sold it, and thats probably why you sold it, you still don't have to make it right because it's buyer beware on cars. Always has been
Fixed it for ya //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Step up to the plate, be a man, tell em to be realistic and reasonable about it and that you will try to help them as much as you can. You can't just leave em hangin your both in it together!

He didnt want me to help just to compensate him for the engine blowing. Which him stating that he had it at 5k which as stated before that car wouldnt even see 5k rpms under normal driving conditions. Why should I have to help him out when he took the car out possibly beat on it for every one of those miles and blew the bottom end out of it.

Purchase cancellation

Many consumers mistakenly believe they have three days to cancel a motor vehicle purchase contract. They do not. The 3-day "cooling off" period only applies to sales the dealer makes away from the dealership—for example, at a mall or fair grounds. If you sign a purchase contract at the dealership it is a binding contract. The dealer may charge you a penalty if you cancel the deal. By law, the penalty cannot be more than 5% of the purchase price of the vehicle.

If you order a new vehicle to be delivered at a later date and the vehicle is not delivered within 15 days of the anticipated delivery date recorded on the purchase contract, you can cancel the contract without penalty.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, talk with your dealer. Some dealers will make a goodwill adjustment, or even cancel your contract without a penalty in order to satisfy a good customer.

Thats all I could find on the 3 day thing

Shit if that was the law everyone would be buying Lambos dumping clutches for 2.5 days, and then be right back at the dealer to return it.
I completely agree and I thank everyone in this thread for the information. At least now I know if they decide to take this to court I have a case against it.
