Hey I'm new to the forums, but not car audio. I'm currently driving a 2006 cobalt ls rocking some dual 12s in a band pass box on a pyle 4000W amp. yea feel free to lol at that one. Anyways I've managed to save some money back for a better setup and this is what i'm feeling.

250 amp H/O alt

xs power battery

soundqubed 2200D

death row incriminater 12s x2 1000 rms

custom built box with an L port. tuned at 32 hz

The big 3 with new 1/0 gauge wire.

Total parts are coming to 1800-1900 and it will be a self install on the box and alternator. is this a good setup, price and will it be loud enough to feel the bass in your chest if you get what I mean.

For 2200 watts I personally don't think you need the alt but, it will come in handy for the future.

My lights will dim at night from the Pyle amp and its probably throwing out 800 watts if that. is the rest of the setup good? I heard an old 15 inch stereo integrity on 1200 watts and it blew me a away so will this setup be about twice as loud?
