I have some questions about this box.

It's the 4ft^3 tuned to 35Hz.I will be building this for my two Alpine SWR-1242D subwoofers.The subs will be wired to a Lanzar OPTI2000D for a 1 ohm final impedence (1687w RMS).

I was wondering,should I add any bracing to this box,like maybe where the port wall meets the speaker baffle?

Should I add a second layer of 3/4" MDF down for a double thick speaker baffle?

i would add bracing to the box, but i dont think you need a double baffle for them

I think I will most likely deffinately brace where the port wall meets the speaker baffle.
