Can I hook up my 4 ohm sub @ 2 ohms on this mono amp, which I know you can but just want to double check. Can someone link me how to?

It will have to run @ 2 ohm. Dual 4 ohm in parallel is 2 ohm final load. All you have to do is connect pos together and neg together, and out to the terminal. Bass knobs are fine in the hands of someone who pays attention to what they are listening to. Its not a volume knob to make it louder, its a control mechanism to accommodate the different levels of sub output per the different music you listen to.
