I have a problem with subs not hitting lows.

Okay so here is a video of what the subs would sound like in my car but not as loud, that sound by the hole only happens when low pitch hits http:///youtu.be/6LEbLLzPry0
I couldn't hear anything with that video. Just you moving the video camera around. Get a bigger amp that would be my guess. The internals of that amp u showed looked pretty bare to what im used to seeing out of good base amps. Maybe it's not hitting lows because it doesn't have enough power to do so?

The sound is at 20 seconds in. Every time it hits I hear a rattling sound and its only in the low tones under 45. If I can fix these amps that would be much better then to get a bigger amp, I think the sub voice coil might be moving and that might be what I hear at 20 seconds in
