Noooooo. 1 sundown x15v2 in a properly built/tuned enclosure, on a clean CLEAN 2000 wrms amp, proper wire, and all of the other things that make good electrical. After you hear how it would perform, you will take what you now have out into the woods and give it copious amounts of gun fire, and then kill what remains with fire-I schit you not dude. There are few things more satisfying than hearing....You are using only one sub, and it pounds like that? Two upgrades, and one vehicle ago, I had a PSI reconed RE Audio MT d2 15 in 3.5 cuft net, tuned to 31hrtz and it would vibrate my sunglasses on my face, on the IA20.1 that I have now. Just my .02 dude.

also as i was saying i wasnt gonna stay with the mtx's or memphis's it would be just something to replace the duals till i get good subs

Dude the price of this hobby escalates all by itself, we are just trying to stop you from throwing good money after bad. I can only speak for myself here, but my last 'budget' system would have cost me about 2500, the only thing that helped me out was being motivated by that wife person to liquidate some inventory, which made my out of pocket closer to 1500. Any decent system, done properly, at least that 2500 previously mentioned. I am on my 30ish upgrade in the past 15 years. Do it right up front, and suffer to save, will make it all the more worthwhile, and I am sure that more than a few of us old heads can agree with that.
