I just wired up my amp and it took all freakin day! But oh well. Now I wanted to connect the sub (JL audio 10W3v2 4 Ohm DVC sub), but as you can see in this pic...

...Theres only two terminals. Coming off the sub, there are 4 wires. 2 red and 2 black. I just put the two red in the positive terminal and the 2 black in the negative terminal, but no sound comes out of the sub. Any thoughts? Did I wire them correctly?

No I already wired it so its a 2 ohm load. But do I just put the reds and blacks together in the terminals?

****, I could do without the hostility. you all were new to car audio once too.

K, so this is how I had it wired. 2 ohm load. The reds connected, the blacks connected and then from a red on one side to the amp and a black on one side to the amp. Here, pics.

The two reds and two blacks that come out of the box should just be both put in the terminals in the amp, right?
