My group 31 Ultracap is out for delivery!!! Gonna head to the hardware store to get some flat washers and 3/8 -16 nuts for the terminals. I will be removing the Stinger 10F Hybrid cap and putting this Ultracap in its place.

Still running the RF Prime 1200.1 with the Stinger and a sad 90a alternator. I have already upgraded the battery under the hood to an AGM, now this UltraCAP is going to go in then the 200a+ alternator.... then the Taramps smart3. It's a slow progression.

I thought about getting a cap for my monoblock but I'm not sure it'd do much for a 3k

The "10f Hybrid" Stinger cap does nothing for the 1200.1.... I mean nothing. It still dips into the low 10v range on deep bass notes. There is no ground loop noise in the system at all though. I hope it will still be quiet using the UltraCAP.

Im only dipping into the mid 13's very briefly on big bass drops full tilt...I might be a bit nitpicky wanting to stay in the 14's
