Here is my deal......

I have a MTX81000D and a HiFonics6400 4 Channel amp. The MTX takes 1/0 guage wire and the HiFonics takes 4 guage. The MTX says it needs an external 150 AMP fuse, does it already have a 150AMP fuse in like the Hifonics has a 70 AMP Fuse? How will i wire this system and what are the things that I will need? Where do you get 1/0 guage wire? Can a circuit breaker take the place of fuses under the hood? and then on top of that do i need more fuses for the amps? I don't know much about this stuff and I need some help, so please reply.

Thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

oh alright have you ever worked with the mtx? are you positive it will work, is there anyway to just feed it the 1/0 guage wire?

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
