You can get a recone from Sundown. Which will replace all the soft parts. That tear seems small, you can apply some glue (Sorry I can't remember what people use for sub surrounds, wait for someone else to chime in) and it will seal it right up.

Silicone mixed with a bit of gorilla glue do front and back. Amazing goop works too.
