how to wire your set to active

Since it seems like you're pretty new at this you might just want to keep the whole comp set together and factory and not try to go active, at least that way you don't void the warranty you save money, lower the risk of speaker damage, and you probably wont see much of a benefit of splitting off the tweeter anyhow. Just a thought, if your hell bent on it, I'd say do a good bit of research before setting it up.
Don't see how he would voice the warranty. They won't know whether he ran it active or not.
