How to correctly set the subwoofer phase?

good morning, after having set the cuts of the sub and the woofers I wanted to understand how to calibrate the phase to make the subwoofer play on the dashboard.
I have a measurement microphone.
My DSP only allows you to set two modes for phase, 0 or 180...
while the amplifier allows me to set the phase continuously, from 0 to 180...
Which of the two should I use?..both?
