How to apply Dynamat speaker kit??

So I have this kit from Dynamat (Dynamat 10415 (dyna-10415) - Sound Dampening - Sonic Electronix)

How could I apply it?

Would I just put it over the speaker hole, then cut out a circle, and install the speaker?
