How should i setup my system?

I want to spend about $500 on a system ..box,speakers,amp,...i want 15" speakers....trunk room is no problem..i want everything new so... i want to be able to hear the words but i also want it to hit hard..

hm L7 15 used somewhere, a viper 1200.1 refurb and a custom preted box made by someone(me).

not easy to do for $500. I couldn't even stay under $1000.
