how should i set my amp gains?

Amp massive audio p1500.

the gain i have is on half for now.

subsonic filter 20hz-50hz.

Lpf 40hz-180hz.

bass boost 0-12DB

whats the max output of your amp? and what ohm are you running the amp at?

get a dmm. set the dmm to read volts, stick the positive dmm lead into the positive channel on your amp, and stick the negative dmm lead into the negative channel on your amp. turn your HU to 3/4 volume, play a 60 hz test tone and turn your gain upwards until you read 38.7 volts on your dmm. and then plug your speaker wires back into the amp. and if that is too much power for your sub then turn it down from there

you see my numbers in my sig...how do you think i get those numbers?....after you set the amp buy a line driver and jack it wide open also...it will get really loud deebeez.....
