How should I brace this box?

I saw that TypeRBass is using bedliner spray, so I will try that also. Double baffle is another thing I will do. Any other ways to brace? It's kinda hard because the ports get in the way.

hrmmm my box has ZERO bracing in it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif bedliner isn't going to brace the box, it just seals up the wood. my triple baffle helps A LOT. no panel flexing. and if you dont believe it, meh.

No I believe you. Seeing how large your box is and a tripple baffle helps THAT much, I could assume a double baffle would solve my problems. I might do a frame brace, but only if it is absolutely needed. I'm looking for the easiest way to brace.

Corner braces = no tools for those angled cuts

Wooden dowel - might as well go threaded rod. If I do threaded rod, the vertical and horizontal brace will be off center by a few inches. And no, I can't move the ports over to the right to get the rods to be in the center. The ports would get very close to the back of the left magnet.

Resin - I'll pass on that

easy... frame bracing smack dab in the middle between the ports. problem fvkcing solved. now go build that shit. a frame brace is very easy to make.

If your that worried about it, take a board thats about 3/4"x2" glue it on edge across the inside face of the side (on the center line) your worried about flexing, i.e. the back side along the full width. No issues w/ it flexing thing, it will have to try to flex the equivilant of 2.75" instead of the .75" through the center, which it won't be able to do.
