100lb = 0.1 sec. in the quarter mile.....maybe.

You won't notice, it's not like it'll kill the performance.

thats just a rule of thumb

hmmm btw, what mods do you have on your rex? i was going to get a STi about a yr nd a 1/2 ago, but ended up w/ a SRT-4.

next time, get some wood putty, resin, bodyfiller - or SOMTHING and put it on all the seams and countersink the screws.

i like teh way u think. i remember when i put my XXX in i fealt a loss of speed not very bad but still noticable basically cus the curent draw on my amp made me lose power i think.

1 second is worth not having a system if you have a sub 13 second car...........now if you have a 15-16 second car, then I wouldnt even worry about 2 seconds b/c you are already so **** slow....lol but about your box, I dont think you will notice any performance difference, and if you do, its all in your head
