... sorry if I confused anyone maybe you all can see what i was saying now. I just thought y'all would get that back and front was the heights... and top and bottom was depths... and t the 14 was the width. I didn't know to lay it out like this

Make sure to calculate and deduct any internal bracing or Port if you are going ported enclosure. Also the sub itself uses a little bit of displacement.

I'm going with an re xxx 12.. I want to do an aero port .. not sure what to tune it to.. I don't compete. Do these like to be tuned a little high like 38 maybe? I like the lows what do you recommend? I don't know how to tune the aero either.. lol I guess I'm a newb.. I know a lot about everything except building the box and tuning, I have the capacity to learn tho.

OP, I would tune somewhere in the middle its a good happy medium. 35hz tune is my vote.

Those xxx's are bottom heavy... I'd tune to 32hz

What power are you running op? I have experience with the newer model xxx. If looking just to crush decaf like lows id personally do 2.5 tuned to 28. That’s just me though. I never tune a box over 30hz for myself. Also as long as your not sending more than rated power to it. My xxx 15 played nice and low in 5 cubes tuned to 29 with two 6” Aeros. But shredder there is the guy to hit up not irritate when trying to get someone to help you model the box.

Just playing around with a dummy box.. Looking pretty good so far.. Got to tweak it a little.. I'm a maintenance man at a frame mill and I have access to industrial router and the software .. I'm just gonna get the sides cut out by the router and cut the angles with a circular saw and a guide

This is what the side looked like in the truck... Gonna make some changes so it fits even better.. I plan on inverting the sub.. I think I'm going to have to make it a tad wider and taller so I will have enough space to add sufficient bracing.. Anybody use metal bracing?

I'm gonna run the crescendo bc2000d probably... Any recommendation on a cheaper 2k with close to the same build quality?
