Looks like 2 sch35 pvc 22" long in 2.33 net puts you around 32hz, port velocities around 40m/s... looks good, That's 3.75" ID pipe, 4" OD. You got sufficient clearance behind the port (inside the box)? That box diagram was too small for me to make out much so I'm not gonna guess, but ya... it looks allright to me.

I see the larger drawing now... where's the ports?

They come out of the bottom. Three measurement that says 1'10" is the ports It's a dotted line showing how they are inside the box.. Kinda hard to make it sorry. I think it's and 2 1/2 inches at least from center of port to wall. I've read that the rule of thumb is to keep it a diameter length away from wall but this is all I got to with with unless I stick port out the to. Do you think it'll do fine?

I'd shorten the ports 1/2" and round over the portwall materials for the inside out towards the outer pvc wall just to be sure, a flare needs less clearance but dont flare em, just round em over to increase the port area at the end it's close to the box wall, and shortening em 1/2" will only change tuning slightly, without looking I'm sure it'll still be around or under 33hz so you'll probably never notice the difference anyways.

Shortening the ports will change volume, but it's a slight change, and combined with the roundover (1/4"?) the tune WILL change... but not by much.

Looks to me like you finally got it beat... good luck

And being close might lower the tune back anyways... lol... I'd say go for it.

I can't find what exactly sch35 pvc is... Most charts I see show 3 1/2" as 4" OD. I search sch and sdr Comes up..

Its possible I screwed the pooch.. its whatever is about 3.8 id... the od is over 4 i think... im not in front of the computer so i cant re-check but hopefully its the one you need. The other things like length should be ok... sorry

Ok... I got home finally... looked at the 3.5" ID pvc and it looks ok with your power and as a bonus you'll only need around 18.5"-19" of length to get the tune you want, sorry about all the confusion but I guess the shorter length will work better anyways.

I built a slot port. I didn't have enough space under my box for the port but I'm extremely happy with it. It's 2 cubes net at 33-34 Hz. There ports 2 3/8" wide 33.75" long. Thing is loud and sounds good doing it
