How many of you own "old school" equipment?

See signature and avatar currently running 3 HiFonics Series VIII Platinum Series Competition amps. The a/d/s speakers are all pre-DEI. The Magnum Professionals are 23 years old, very rare and impossible to find. Got lucky a few years ago and found the woofers NOS on ePay but they needed refoaming since they sat so long. A year or so later I found another set that had the MF/HF modules. I had to rebuild them since the 3" mid and piezo tweeter they came with were really tired.

Prior to that an Orion XTR-100 & XTR-200 still considered as some of the best car amplification ever produced.

All the prestigious companies of old are peddling nothing but cheaply made foriegn crap these days for pennies a watt - yuck!

Idont know if it is really cosidered old school, but i have a 1501d and a MTX 942 that i would get rid of for the world.

I never ran them. I didnt need them, but at the time I got such a smoking deal on them that I couldn't pass it up. now they just sit in my closet. I need to sell them one of these days. Yeah they were/are solid subs, will make someone happy Im sure. Glad you are happy with yours man.

I have been running it faithfully since 99 on a RF Vintage Old School Punch 150 bridged. They came out in the mid 90's.

What really stands out about the Vega series is the 'V-Flex' surround which is different than most subs. It really helps the sub to perform! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The only "old school" gear I currently own is some Old School Orion. I am running a HCCA 225 Digital Reference in my future wife's vehicle. And this is the extent of the rest of my Orion Gear:
