If theyre going to be side by side then you can still do it fairly easily...just have to have a piece of copper sticking out slightly forwards for one of the polarities...then the other polarity would have to have a piece of copper going back on each battery then a larger piece connecting them all.
But in all honesty you may want to just use wire between all of the batts...unless youre experienced with metalwork, tapping, etc.

glad you brought that up...see i havent gotten a bigger alt because the only guy who makes alts for my car 2002 accord says they all cause belt noise. i dont want that noise...soooo i was trying to go a different route...any ideas??? or could i possibly be okay with what i have now?

You should be ok but a better alt than stock would be ideal...and if it causes belt noise than you can have someone install an idler pulley near your alt to get better belt tension on the alt pulley

I have a run of zero gauge ran from my neg up front to my batcap in the cab. It's grounded to the frame as well.

i just rean 3 strands of 1/0 pos wire to my back batts then neg from both batts to chassis. then grounded each amp at chassis ground

^mine are .25" thick and 1.25" wide..that'd be about the thinnest id go if you plan on tapping mounting points in them

i run three grounds from front batt to the rear bank. also, its good to upgrade the front ground with 1 or more ground wires to the car chasis depending on the power your running. The better ground, the better.

I always do a full wire ground setup if its over 4 gauge and sometimes on 4 gauge. Along with upgrading the rest of the electrical, this is very important if your over even 600w I would say.
