Have a trx2000 amp? Just want to know how many amps it would draw at full blast. What is the conversion for this?

I don't know the efficiency of that amp, but I would think around 150

A. check the fusing or manual for external requirements.

B. You can get an estimate of the draw if you look at 1 ohm power(rms) and divide by 10.

I just looked up the conversion (should have did that in the first place) and it said 166. Most people say that the amp will do that and maybe a little more. We'll have to see when I hook it up.

With music, it won't draw nearly that much.

IIRC tests of a few songs lead to an average of around 33%. Someone posted a nice graph a few days ago.
