How Low is to Low for voltage?

i've seen my voltage drop down to 10.9 w/o anything shutting off.

It may not shut off, but you do run the risk of damaging it.

Put two IA 40.1's on one 900 cca battery and a 220 amp alternator @ 2000 RPM and tell me how many 4 second full power burps you get off of that.

There's a difference between asking a question and giving terrible advice. One doesn't cause destruction of expensive equipment, while the other does.

see this goes back to want i was intending ealier that no one can agree on the charging system. Some say "go big three" or bigger ect. others as me will say maybe get a yellow top or red top upgrade alternator and good to go.
