how fast is your car

Hmm...I got my 92 Fleetwood to 120 and I let off. I actually dont know how I did it but I did.

My 89 Nissan Sentra, I got 103 out of it down a good stretch of highway. I thought it was going to fall apart. BTW its a 5 speed

My 95 Mazda MX-3 got up to 101 on the interstate, and It has an auto.

My 81 Honda Accord got to 80 lmao. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

Mines not very fast at all...

4.3L Vortec with 37,000 Miles on it....

I aint worried about it, casue I built it to pimp it, not to race it and I usally get tons of looks, nods and head turns.... So I'm happy... Sorta...

It would be nice if it was a bit peppier (is that a word?)

Top speed for mine is 105 i believe... it gets to ~100 fairly fast... but from there it is an absolute snail.

Ran a 17.2 1/4 @ 80-81mph with my beastly beastly wall and 3 blue tops in the trunk. Now that I'm in street, i am hoping for a 16.8... will find out on the 17th, hopefully //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

2 words, vortech supercharger //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

ive gone like 95 on my buick the speedomiter reads 85, but it can go more then that cause my dad is a mechanic and he tried to see how fast it can go,, on my van ive gone too 85 and the max is 120mph //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Car1: my 96 mustang gt coupe - put it up to 150 on bald tires, pussed out and backed off. (no it wasnt stock, too much shyte to list) - selling it now

Car2: my 03' mustang gt - got her up to 145 racing an infinity g35, he backed off and I almost died anyway - the car can go faster than the suspension/brakes can handle.

0-60 = god knows, i'd guess like 5.5, but I always spin her from a standstill. Gotta practice my launch heh. (aftercat exhaust, eibach progressive rate lowering springs, mac cold air intake, short throw shifter)

Car3: new GTO - dad's car. Drove her up to 150 and it was in 4th gear at that point. I backed off - I dont have the self control to drive that car. Funny though, the car was stable and predictable all the way up to 150 switching lanes, she wanted more and I didnt lol gonna go shoot myself now. 0-60 is 4.6, 400 hp (I think they under-rated it)

00 f150 reg cab, the lil 4.6v8 with some bolt ons

on frickin 35 inch mud tires

0-60 7.2-7.5 depending on conditions

taken her up to 110 and no problems whatsoever //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

How the hell did you get 7 second 0-60 times with a 4.6 and 35's. Must have low azz gears and more than 'some' bolt ons.

My 99 4.6 F150 auto-has dual exhaust and a K&N filter with some stuff done to the stock intake-according to the track time thing on my cd player( //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ), 0-60 is roughly 10 seconds. Tops out at a lil under 100(stock top speed limiter). 1/4 mile, dunno. There is a section of road that is 1/4 mile long and i can get up to about 90 mph.

Once I decide to get off my azz and order a chip, Efans, Underdrive pulleys, camsand port my throttle body and intake elbow that should change a bit. Hopefully pull some weight off that heavy mofo too.

0-60 - 9.2 seconds1/4 mile - 16.7 seconds

Top Speed - 200+ km/h

I think the G-Tech was setup correctly this time ... For the longest time, I actually believed my car did 0-60 in 7.5 seconds //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
what do you drive?

pulling a healthy mid 6 second 0-60

1/4 in 14.6 @ around 95 mph

whoever said they could get their wrx (assuming its stock) to move to 60mph in 5.4, i'll bet you money you can't without breaking your car //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

bartak : 4.10s and LS, also a 2wd so i dont have a heavy ass t-case

get e-fans and a chip, pullies are a waste of time if you go to an E-fan on your truck. ebay intake for 40 bucks, cut off all your exhaust after teh Ypipe. it sounds ghetto but you get insane mid end power lol

In my pops hoe I got to 105 before the ecu/govenor stopped me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

0-60 was like 7 seconds when it was running good I think.

Yeah, I plan to run them in my workshop. I haven't gone through them or anything but they startup and run just fine. I don't see any strange spike...

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
