how do you set the rise?

On a side note while were somewhat talking about imp rise, is there any way to calculate imp rise before you actually build the box? Or is there just the clamp the speaker wires method?

I'd be willing to bet that there is a way to calculate it based on the factors that affect it, but I don't think anyone really knows of any specific formula to do that at this time. I certainly don't know what factors determine impedence rise, but would love to write a software calculator if it were possible and practical to measure said factors.

I would like to tell the nub to go to the amp section and read the sticky that says something like "amp setting tutorial" but I can't. I would also like to tell the nub that the search function works just like the one in google and you have to use your brain to read what comes up.

edit: but I can't do that either.
