How do i use this crossover.

Got the PPI A2.65c component set. Dont understand how this crossover works and the manual/internet says nothing about it. So obviously i rune speaker wire from the amp to the "in" terminals But one terminal is labeled "wf tw-" So i plug the tweeter negative AND the woofer negative into the same terminal?? Doesnt seem right.. Then the tweeter + into the 0db or the +3db? Whats the difference? Thanks for the help.

its prolly a common ground so ok
