Hooking up crossover

Just want to make sure im doing this right. Hooking up a Kicker 03KX3 3 way crossover. Do i run the power wire from the crossover to the acc wire by the head unit..Do i run the remote wire to the head units remote wire (same place i hooked up amp remote wire) and can i ground the crossover the same place my amp is grounded? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
