OP
Cheapest is not always the best, you need to find the best mix b/w cheap price and good quality. I mean, you can get a stinger one...great quality...HUGE price. You can get an alterstart one that is cheap in price and equally cheap in quality. The two sites i listed after A LOT of research, more than 8 sites, are the best mix of quality and price w/ mean-green being my choice and excessiveamperage close second b/c i wasn't aware of them at time of my purchase. BUT, mean-green has treated me well, and there service has been nothing short of STELLAR...great warranty as well. peaceany idea on if they had the lifetime or any other type of warranty
(i hate to hear that cus 180 for a 180amp seems like my cheapest choice)
yea i think thats what they did, im not POSATIVE on that however. it is a delco alternator, and they said they could get one for my car that would be 160 amps. its powercoated green... here some pics off my digital camrea;Req,
My bad, I think I read your post wrong. They didn't rewind your stock Alternator, they rewound a Delco stock Alt. correct? Id that's the case they will be considered also.
