I would just kick him out, simply out of fear he would A. steal all my stuff, and B. come back with a bunch of people. Remember he is going to be couch surfing with no place to go find him really. You on the other hand are stationary and he knows where you live. Plus it would seem like at one time you were friends and Ive learned its best to not go into all out war mode with someone who was a friend. Better to just let it go and not be friends.

1. Have him sign some legal document saying that he'll pay a percentage of the bills. He'll most likely sign it cause he won't care and won't take it seriously.

2. When he doesn't pay (just like you knew he wouldn't), take him to small claims court and they'll make sure to take the money owed out of his paycheck.

3. He'll most likely get pissed off and get physical with you. This is when you call your Uncle next door and have him arrested. He WILL learn some respect while he's locked up.

4. Sit back, relax, and browse CA.com

first of all, doesnt really sound like a friend to me. second, hes an ******* and hes using you for your kindness/hospitality and will continue to do so until you do something about it. kick his *** out and never talk to him again.
