Highest RMS sub daily???

Anything with a 4" coil will handle more continuous power.

Truth is ANYTHING over about 1200w will destroy a 3" coil eventually and anything over 1600W will destroy a 4" coil eventually, from there it's all a matter of proper application and knowing what you're doing when you're feeding it more than that. A lot of factors really, but that's assuming not reaching mechanical limits, sine wave, continuous (like weeks, months) that's about your thermal limits.

I ran an RD HW GP 15D1 on 3400 daily for over a year and it never even got hot. 147.8 music/headrest. Excellent freq response, +/-2dB from 28 to 34Hz and +/-3dB 26Hz to 58Hz (with some eq'ing and in the car rta)

No issues there. The amp will output depending on the speaker's impedance rating. Are you using a component x-over or is only the tweeter with x-over?
