Maybe 400 of soooooooo on sub channel and atleast 100 on the other channels.

That puts you into some expensive, but very nice, amplifiers. The Hertz HDP5 Nick is selling was reviewed on pasmag.com. It comes in a bit under your requested 100x4 and 400 x 1. The Zed Leviathan III is probably your best option for LOTS of power.

Diamond 900.5 I believe they made, Gladen, brax I think makes one, xtant? Used to have a Memphis big belle, they did well.
