Jumper wire is just a term for the short wires used to connect voice coils together on a single sub.

To wire dual 4's to a 1200.1 for 1200 rms you'd do this:

im not using this wire configuration, im using the regualr paralell 1 ohm load for my subs. Circuit city did this for a friend because that amp wasnt 1 ohm stable. The guy explained to me, but maybe i missed something.
