I was cooking yesterday and came up with this. Had some packaged veal cutlets, was going to do some brown gravy over them but decided on something different.

Not really any measured ingredients here so use the same ingredients and you should get the same result.

Ingredients needed:

Rotel

Tomato Sauce

Diced Tomatoes

Garlic

Seasonings

Veal Cutlets

A pot

Rice

A stove

water

Cut some veal cutlets up and season them(I seasoned with tony chachere's and pepper) and put them in a stove-top pan with some vegetable oil, onions, garlic and cook meat to your liking. After its cooked drained off the excess oil, add in the diced tomatoes, rotel, and tomato sauce. Add some water and reduce down until the wanted consistency, you can season with basil like I did.

Meanwhile start some rice whichever way you choose...steam, double boiler...and have at it, mix the rice with it or make a bed of rice and pour the veal cutlets over it.

Enjoy.....I **** at writing recipes but I enjoyed it alot and was happy with my creation. Hope someone else tries it and likes it.

Unlike any of my friends, I actually like cooking. More important than that is that girls seem to like the food as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

How many times do we have to tell you, your sister does not count //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nono.gif.eca61d170185779e0921b0faa9704973.gif

Here's the recipe for the beef offhand:

2-3 lbs sirloin tip roast

brown sugar

sesame oil

crushed red peper

fresh green onions

cornstarch

DRY sherry

soy sauce

Combine all the ingredients minus the green onions and the beef in a bowl until you like the flavor. Usually a few table spoons of the liquids works and 4 table spoons of brown sugar works. Mix in the beef and cover for 30 minutes. Cook the green onions in a wok until tender, remove them and then put in the beef mixture and handful at a time WITHOUT GETTING EXTRA SAUCE IN. If you do, it'll turn out all gummy and gross. Stir fry until deep brown (not burned, but until the brown sugar has carmelized on the beef). Mix back in the green onions and you're good to go.
