I can't make out the first symbol, but the second is "sky", "heaven", etc (depending on context).

One of my co-workers is chinese and I asked him what it was and he said the same thing psyrex said...

The first symbol He can't read it but the second one says SKY....

ive always wondered how chinese people read their symbols. how can u look at that and say that means sky? is there a bunch of words or letters in that symbol that lead to sky?
