No, you need to pull that sub out of the box and verify the wiring. If it's truly a dual 2 ohm sub there's no possible way for it to be wired to a 2 ohm load. I'm 90% sure it's already wired to 4 ohm but if you want to be absolutely sure you need to pull it out. You could try to read the final impedance from the terminals on the box but I've had mixed results with that in the past. You could give it a shot though. Put your DMM in resistance mode (the one with the Omega symbol) and put the leads on the terminals on your box. Make sure to disconnect the wires going to your amp. Tell us what it reads.
