help with this setup QUICK

I own two pioneer premier HU p770mp and p8mp rite now p770mp is installed and i have a pioneer 12cd changer hooked up with it ... 1 way to make them play dvds is replacing my 12cd changer with a pioneer dvd changer but that is costing me alot

so i am thinking of buying a sperate dvd player and hook up the monitors with it even though some monitors have speakers built in is there anyway that the sound can come thru my pioneer HU where all my speakers and subs are hooked up ? but not always only when i want to coz sometimes i listen to music and just watch videos and the sound will come from the built in speakers that each monitor has but ill mute that but then sometimes i want video with audio but the lcds speakers are not good enough i wanna hear the audio thru my pioneer system then

is it possible ? plz help also if i need any adapter to do that plz mention

Yeah it`s possible but I wouldn`t do it..hook your front stage up real nice and turn the volume on the monitors to 0..if you can..even unhook ya speakers in your monitors.Get a nice dedicated front stage and you`ll be good to go...Read this and go from there.

reason i dont want to do this is becoz everytime ill play some dvd the sound will be for dvd not my regular cd audio....
